Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Conjaguar app for iPhone. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
1. Who provides the app
- Conjaguar is made by Andrés Aprendes (operated by Andrés Villarreal).

2. Apple's standard license
- The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it; where they differ, Apple's agreement applies to the license itself.
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
3. Free version and free trial
- The first world (the present tense) and the 100 most common verbs are free.
- New users get 5 days of full Pro access from the first launch. The trial is granted by the app, needs no card and ends on its own; nothing is charged.
4. Conjaguar Pro
- Pro unlocks all worlds and tenses, every verb in the dictionary and custom quizzes. It is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Prices are shown in the App Store in your currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
5. Subscriptions renew automatically
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the renewal.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we ever change a price, Apple will notify you before it applies, as required by Apple's rules.
6. Lifetime purchase
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It gives you Pro on your Apple ID for as long as the app is available, including future updates of the app.
- Restore it on a new iPhone with Settings › Restore purchases in the app.
7. Refunds
- Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly.
8. Accounts
- You don't need an account to use the app. If you sign in with an Andrés Aprendes account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, for example automated access to our servers.
9. Acceptable use
- Use the app for your own learning. Don't copy, resell or redistribute its content, and don't try to reverse engineer it or get around its paid features.
10. Content and intellectual property
- The app, its lessons, exercises, design and the Conjaguar character belong to Andrés Aprendes and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- We work hard to make the conjugations and lessons accurate, but the app is an educational tool, not a guarantee of results in any exam or course. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
11. Availability and changes
- We may update, change or stop features of the app. We'll try to give notice of important changes.
- The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or loss of data from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
12. Changes to these terms
- We post the latest version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
